Good to know
Your questions answered.
How do I compare cleaning companies in the North East?
Look beyond the headline rate. Check for insurance, whether you'll see the same cleaner each time and what past customers say in their reviews. Those details matter whether you choose a large firm or a local business like ours.
Can I read reviews before I book?
Yes. We're proud of our customer feedback, and we'd recommend reading our reviews before getting in touch. After your first clean, we'd love to hear what you think too.
Is there a minimum visit length?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. We'll explain how long your visit needs to be when we give you a quote.
Who will actually clean my home?
Our own trained staff. We'll let you know who to expect before your first visit.
